First, you need to get RMA Number by filling out the form on this page. When you submit the form you will be issued an RMA Number which you will write on the box. Then send your return order via any carrier you wish. We recommend sending with tracking – this way you will be assured that we receive it. After we receive it, please allow up to 7 business days for us process it. We will issue a credit back to your payment card and will send you a notification email with details.
To submit an RMA form, you must have your original order ID. You were provided with that ID at the checkout - as well as in your original order email. You may also find it, but entering your email on Order Tracking Page. Still, if you are unable to find it, please contact us with your info and will find your order ID.
We do not provide return shipping labels and we do not pay for return shipping. You may use any shipping carrier you wish to send your return. Since SBB is very light and compact, the shipping will typically be around $5-7 within US. We encourage you to use a shipping option with tracking, this way you will know exactly when we receive it.
